If you find yourself with unauthorised works or a change of use; find that a condition on a previous planning approval has been breached; or any other enforcement issue, we can assist.
Enforcement proceedings or the threat of enforcement action by the Council can be a stressful time, but we will help to explain the relevant processes and options that may be available to you.
