Wolston
Stansgate Planning worked alongside e.g. architects to help secure planning permission for an ambitious residential extension in Wolston (Rugby Borough Council area).
The contemporarily designed single storey addition will enable a more accessible, flexible and usable space compared to the traditional form and arrangement of the original property. Situated within the Conservation Area and near to Listed Buildings, the design of the extension was paramount along with its ability to provide the functional space required whilst also protecting neighbouring amenity.
