Stansgate assisted a local farmer with gaining consent for a new agricultural building on a 45 acre unit in the Stratford-on-Avon District.
Consent for the building was obtained via the agricultural permitted development rights ‘prior notification’ procedure. Stansgate provided both planning and architectural works here to produce a set of plans which met with the client’s requirements and the permitted development criteria. A robust ‘agricultural needs report’ was also prepared to justify the agricultural need for the building.
