Stansgate can provide planning advice and consultancy work for landowners and farmers both large and small.
In 2021 we started working with G.O. Few & Sons on a long term strategy of farm diversification to support their farming business in the Wychavon District. Since then, we have secured prior approval consents to convert buildings to provide retail space (Class R) and an extension to a children’s nursery (Class S), as well as planning permission to convert 7,000sqm of agricultural buildings into commercial uses, with 45 containers for storage purposes. We continue to work with our clients on further projects as the business develops and adapts to national changes in policy.
In all of these applications we have been able to rely on our architectural technician to produce high quality drawings that have withstood the scrutiny of the planning officers.
